Casey Charkowick serves as General Counsel, bringing extensive experience at the intersection of law, compliance, and risk management. Prior to joining Falvey, Casey advised global businesses and technology companies on regulatory compliance, data-driven risk solutions, and complex commercial transactions. At Textron Inc., he quickly advanced from Staff Attorney to Assistant General Counsel, where he led compliance initiatives, conducted cross-border due diligence, managed government investigations, and oversaw international regulatory matters including export controls, anti-corruption, and trade compliance.
