Matthew Rebello

Matthew Rebello has been a key figure at Falvey Insurance Group (FIG) for nearly two decades, currently serving as the Vice President of Technology and Innovation. His journey with FIG began in a Programmer Analyst role, from which he advanced through various positions including Manager of Software Development and Vice President of Information Technology.

Rebello’s academic foundation was laid at the New England Institute of Technology, where he obtained a degree in Software Engineering. This background has been instrumental in his roles at FIG, where he leads a dynamic department that ranges from Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, Network / Infrastructure Services, and more. Under his leadership, the IT department has consistently delivered high-quality technology-based services, contributing significantly to FIG’s growth and success in the insurance industry.

In his current role, Matthew plays a pivotal part in ensuring that FIG stays at the forefront of technological advancement and security. He is responsible for both strategic IT vision and the implementation of innovative solutions, which have been crucial in supporting all FIG divisions in achieving their goals.

Beyond his professional expertise, he is also a dedicated family man, enjoying his role as a soccer dad to his daughters.
