Megan leads Falvey Insurance Group’s marketing, communications, and customer experience initiatives, bringing a creative and strategic approach informed by her background in marketing and sales support for CPG brands in the natural foods and supplements industries.

A passionate advocate for industry inclusion and leadership development, Megan created InsHER, an award-winning weekly podcast amplifying the voices of women in insurance.

Her industry involvement includes advisory and committee roles with the Women in Insurance Collective, RISE Professionals (Strategic Planning Board and Mentor), The Mom Project (Mentor), and as an ISC Group US Ambassador.
