Falvey Insurance Group is proud to announce that Jack Falvey, vice president of Group Operations, has been named a 2019 Insurance “Young Gun” by Insurance Business America (IBA).
IBA describes this recognition as, “an annual look at the young insurance professionals who are inspiring their peers with their expertise and passion for the industry – individuals who have managed to stand out in a competitive pool of talent, even with only a few years’ experience in the business.”
While all honorees are under 35, Jack is under 30, and has still managed to rack up an impressive list of accomplishments even seasoned professionals would be proud to have under their belt.
Jack says: “Being named a “Young Gun” is a major affirmation for me. I have spent my mid-twenties pushing myself and my team to see the insurance industry from a fresh and forward-thinking perspective. This award recognizes the success of that approach and speaks to the approach of Falvey Insurance Group; a place where you can have a meaningful impact on the conversation and direction of the company, regardless of your last name, position, or age. I believe, in the very near future, the insurance industry is going to see a new wave of young professionals who want to have a seat at the table and the chance to prove themselves capable. That being said, it’s not only a seat at the table that made this recognition possible; it’s the hard work, late nights, and long trips doing what it takes to get the deals done, the projects finished on time, and the strategy executed. To be named a “Young Gun”, in my opinion, is that the work has paid off in meaningful, fruitful results.”
