Based in London, David Kirk has executive management responsibility for Chubb Global Markets, the company’s London Market wholesale and specialty business, including its Lloyd’s platform.

David has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Chubb in 2005, initially working with the Fine Art and Specie account as an underwriting assistant. From 2009 onwards he worked on Marine Cargo and became Head of Cargo for Chubb Global Markets in 2015. In 2022 David became the Head of Marine & Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer. He was appointed Chubb Global Markets’ Division President in 2024.

David is an executive sponsor of the Pride committee at Chubb. He is also a Chartered Insurer and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
