Dawn joined Lloyd’s in 2022 and leads its global network spanning over 200 countries and

territories through more than 25 offices worldwide. She is responsible for driving global market

development, strengthening international regulatory engagement, deepening strategic

relationships with key trading partners, and attracting new entrants to the Lloyd’s market. Dawn

also leads Lloyd’s innovation agenda through the Lloyd’s Lab and Academy. She is a member of the Lloyd’s Executive Team and a Director of Lloyd’s Insurance Company in Europe.

Dawn brings more than 25 years of global insurance experience, spanning underwriting,

distribution, client management, and strategy. She has held senior leadership roles at Chubb, AXA, AIG, and WTW, with experience across major international markets.

Dawn is a Legacy Leader of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) and immediate

past Chair of the IICF UK Board of Trustees. She serves on the Executive Council of the

International Insurance Society (IIS), the Advisory Council of the Insurance Information Institute

(III), the Advisory Board of the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science, and chairs the American University School of International Service Dean’s Advisory Council. She is also a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) and the Worshipful Company of Insurers (WCI) and is a mentor for the Creative Destruction Lab at the University of Wisconsin, School of Risk & Insurance.
