Jack Falvey is the Chief Executive Officer of Falvey Insurance Group, where he has spent over a decade driving innovation, growth, and excellence in the insurance industry. Jack joined the company in 2013 as a business analyst, bringing with him a degree in International Business from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business and a passion for creating meaningful impact.

Throughout his career at Falvey, Jack has demonstrated a natural ability to lead and inspire. Rising to the role of Chief Operating Officer before becoming CEO, he played a critical role in developing proprietary systems, enhancing operational efficiencies, and fostering a culture of innovation. His leadership extends across marketing, business intelligence, technology, claims, loss prevention, and legal/compliance, ensuring the Group operates with precision and agility in a competitive market.

Jack has also been instrumental in expanding Falvey’s capabilities by building strong partnerships with capacity providers. His collaborative approach has enabled the company to establish unique and larger facilities, ensuring Falvey’s ability to deliver innovative, tailored insurance solutions to clients around the world.
