Jack Falvey serves as a dedicated member of the Falvey Insurance Group, having joined the company in 2013. With a degree in International Business from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, Jack began his tenure at Falvey as a business analyst. His commitment and insight led to a subsequent promotion to Chief Operating Officer, where he has been pivotal in streamlining operational efficiencies, enhancing analytics and reporting, and leading the development of Falvey’s proprietary systems.
In his current role as Chief Operating Officer overseeing the day-to-day operations of Falvey Insurance Group, Jack diligently manages various aspects of the business, including marketing, business intelligence & innovation, technology, claims, loss prevention, recoveries, and legal/compliance. His approach is characterized by a keen focus on building market relationships and fostering program development.
Throughout his career, Jack has remained committed to professional growth and contributing positively to the insurance industry. His work ethic and contributions were recognized when he was named a 2022 C-Suite “Rising Star” by Providence Business News and received the “Young Gun” award from Insurance Business America in 2019. These accolades reflect not only his individual achievements but also his dedication to advancing the field of insurance through thoughtful leadership and innovation.
