Theresa Cavanagh, our claims associate, is the next employee in our spotlight series.
As a claims associate on our Falvey team, Theresa is responsible for overseeing documentation submitted by claimants. This involves evaluating responses, making adjustments according to policies, and requesting payments for FSI claims.
“I really love the teamwork environment and family culture,” Theresa says about her experience at Falvey. “Everyone is willing to share their perspective, answer questions, and help each other, through which we all learn and improve.”
She also loves how Falvey hosts company events to encourage everyone to get to know each other. “It creates a very welcoming environment, where each person is part of the group and feels valued and appreciated by the company,” she adds.
Before joining FIG, Theresa worked as an ESL teacher in Spain and did a brief stint as a cake decorator.
In her personal time, Theresa likes to spend time with family, friends and attend her sibling's hockey games. She also enjoys painting and singing.
