Falvey Insurance Group is proud to be forward-thinking, especially when it comes to introducing new solutions in the insurance market. This is due in large part to team members like Eric Muenkel. Eric is someone who ensures both our internal and client-facing systems are built with solid processes and expertise, helping us provide industry-leading technology to our clients.
Eric is a business analyst for Falvey Insurance Group’s operations team. On a daily basis, he handles reporting, data analytics, and identifying requirements for IT development. Eric’s role is focused on creating or improving Falvey’s business and IT systems, which involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to define, document, and analyze specific needs and then develop technical solutions.
As for working at Falvey, Eric says, “Everyone is focused on maintaining our status as an industry leader. It drives Falvey to be open to new ideas and constantly look for new ways to innovate in our business.”
Prior to joining Falvey, Eric held operations roles in the healthcare technology and defense contracting industries. He’s currently pursuing an associate credential with the Casualty Actuarial Society and spends his free time reading, hiking, and cooking. Eric is also a member of the Roger Williams Park Zoo – his favorite exhibit is the meet and greet with the armadillos!
