In this team spotlight, you’ll meet someone who’s been part of our company for over a decade. Sheila Springer is a jane of all trades whose career has included everything from advertising and fundraising to facility management. 

Sheila joined Falvey Insurance Group 11 years ago as the Executive Assistant to J. Michael Falvey. Over the years, she has taken on much more responsibility for our company. Currently, Sheila’s title is Director of Administration and Executive Assistant, but she’s also Director of Facilities for Falvey Insurance Group. As Director of Facilities, she manages all outside contractors to ensure that our building is well kept and operating efficiently. As Director of Administration, Sheila’s role is to keep the office running smoothly by managing reception and the procurement of supplies. 

“Every day at Falvey is different and I feel very lucky to work in such a beautiful building with a million dollar view,” Sheila says.

Sheila’s career began at Toyota Motor Sales USA where she worked for several years in market representation, sales marketing, event execution and business management for the northeast region.  After Toyota, she became Director of Advertising for Walton Fox Automotive Management and then spent 10 years at Rhode Island PBS as Director of Development and Fundraising before joining Falvey.

Sheila graduated from Fisher College in Boston, MA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and good friends and loves to cook and entertain.
